Responsibilities
- Define and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive research and competitive analysis on emerging tech trends to identify high-value opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in proof-of-concept (PoC) development for new technologies.
- Collaborate with product management to integrate emerging tech into core product lines.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (Masterâs preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 5 years focused on R&D or Strategic Planning.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and blockchain fundamentals.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
