Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to transition legacy systems into future-proof architectures.
- Mentor a team of strategy analysts and product managers.
- Present complex future scenarios to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for long-term innovation success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven experience in future tech forecasting and long-term roadmapping.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
