Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's goals for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into existing enterprise solutions.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and board members in a clear, compelling manner.
- Oversee the evaluation and adoption of new digital tools to drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably within AI, Software Engineering, or Strategic Planning.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 era (e.g., Large Language Models, Edge Computing).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and their impact on the business.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
