Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence) for strategic alignment
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps with phased implementation plans and risk mitigation protocols
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives across departments
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and venture capital communities
