- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the executive board
- Oversee R&D initiatives for next-gen product development
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong business acumen with experience in scaling technology ventures
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) or equivalent
