Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) for market viability by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate tech trends into actionable product development plans
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investment committees
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle management and change leadership
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, blockchain 3.0, and neuro-interfaces
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or relevant PhD
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or major conferences
