Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year horizon impact analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence on quantum computing, AI, and biotech innovations
- Develop cross-functional implementation roadmaps for enterprise-scale tech adoption
- Collaborate with product teams to define future feature sets and user experience frameworks
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and hackathons focused on 2026 tech horizons
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies to enterprise level
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into business strategies
