Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in regulatory tech policy
- Certification in Futures Studies (preferred)
