Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their commercial applications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation projects and allocate resources
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in technology management or strategy preferred
