Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze market disruption potential of breakthrough technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, fusion energy integration)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with policymakers to shape regulatory frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neuromorphic research institutions
- Present strategic vision to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published research or patents in future-facing technologies
