Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap integrating quantum, AI, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Develop business cases for experimental technologies with ROI projections
- Represent technology vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing experimental technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
