Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4.0 and beyond
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing rapid experimentation with enterprise risk management
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators for cutting-edge R&D
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record architecting solutions for future-focused industries (e.g., climate tech, space exploration, biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) and technology architecture (e.g., TOGAF)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-facing technology initiatives
