Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and regulatory trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their impact on industry adoption cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG 2030 goals
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Certified in Future Foresight methodologies (WFS, APF)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (NIST, IEEE standards)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
