- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for future tech initiatives and measure ROI against industry benchmarks
- Build and manage external partnerships with research labs and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on technology disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to enterprise level ($100M+ ARR)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, AR/VR, IoT)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
