- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development pipelines
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech forums and shape industry discourse on future technologies
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor emerging engineers and strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in Technology Strategy
- 10+ years experience in technology planning with 5+ in executive strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting technology products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
