- Secure $100M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Drive patent development for 15+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futuristics (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 10+ years in C-suite tech strategy at unicorn-scale companies
- Published author in Nature/Science on emerging technology impacts
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and AGI safety frameworks
- Track record of scaling innovations to 100M+ user bases
- Security clearance for classified defense innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
