Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotechnology integration
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term vision
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotechnology
- Track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
