Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to build a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan for the organization.
- Pilot & Prototype Initiatives: Lead internal innovation labs to prototype and validate future-tech solutions before enterprise-wide deployment.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to C-level executives and product teams, securing buy-in for long-term strategic investments.
- Risk Assessment & Compliance: Evaluate the ethical implications and technical risks associated with adopting cutting-edge technologies to ensure a resilient infrastructure.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor advancements to identify gaps and opportunities for NexaCore Systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Product teams to align futuristic concepts with current engineering capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience: Proven track record in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Future-Focused Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically within the AI, Cloud, or Cybersecurity sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term solution design and feasibility analysis.
