- Emerging Trend Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and synthesize emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead R&D initiatives and pilot programs for experimental technologies, managing the lifecycle from concept to potential deployment.

Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
