Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry trends and their strategic implications
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
- Publish thought leadership on industry transformation and future-focused business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist research or strategic frameworks
