Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for next-gen technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging tech domains
- Lead rapid prototyping sessions using cutting-edge tools (VR/AR, generative AI)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Oversee ethical impact assessments for breakthrough innovations
- Curate quarterly 'Future of 2026' thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (quantum, nanotech, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations brought to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
