Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented thinking across departments
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Ensure ethical considerations and sustainability principles guide all future strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives and thought leadership
