Responsibilities

- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and market expansion
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to pioneer emerging technologies
- Communicate complex future insights through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes to mitigate future risks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences and global stakeholders
