Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across fintech, biotech, and climate sectors
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Produce white papers and trend reports that inform multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Establish innovation metrics to track emerging opportunity landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
