Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead innovation sprints with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Design and implement emerging technology adoption strategies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish ethical governance protocols for disruptive technologies
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Quantify market opportunities for next-generation innovations
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Strong publication record in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
