Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and technological evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published author or speaker at global innovation/futures conferences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
