Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders on emerging technologies
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for global enterprise clients
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives using advanced KPI frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and large-scale workshops
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight publications
