Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry verticals
- Build quantitative models to assess future market risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech/societal shifts with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic adaptation to disruptive forces
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic frameworks or published foresight work
