Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong background in AI ethics or sustainable technology adoption
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF)
