Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal paradigms (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of emerging tech through stakeholder workshops and change management
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and pattern recognition
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented innovation strategies
