Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026-2030 impact potential
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum adoption and AI governance
- Design innovation roadmaps for next-gen biotech and neurotech applications
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with academic and industry partners
- Anticipate societal implications of technological disruptions and develop mitigation strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning tools
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives with global impact
