Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for clients using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping and testing next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for 2026 market disruptions
- Establish innovation KPIs and measure ROI of emerging technology investments
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends and societal impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate R&D with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching tech-driven products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS, foresight certification)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex scenarios into actionable strategies
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published work in journals like 'Futures' or 'Technology Forecasting' required
