Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2028+
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for clients in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce scenario-based impact analyses for emerging tech trends (AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technology adoption curves
- Advect portfolio strategy using predictive modeling and Monte Carlo simulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech or business futurism
- Experience with Delphi methods and cross-industry trend analysis
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
