Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to guide R&D roadmaps through 2030
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications read by 2M+ industry professionals
- Build and maintain a global network of 500+ futurist experts
- Drive innovation sprints using our proprietary 'FutureCast' methodology
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Experience with Delphi methods and trend impact analysis
