- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a foresight ecosystem including academic partnerships and startup scouting
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation, strategy consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or implemented innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning, Delphi method, systems modeling)
