Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and scenario planning workshops
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Adv executive teams on risk mitigation and competitive advantage strategies
- Drive commercialization of emerging technologies through pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systemic trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in tech or finance sectors
- Fluency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
