Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Design strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration, neurotech adoption, and climate resilience solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with future market shifts
- Author white papers on exponential technologies' socio-economic impacts for industry thought leadership
- Build AI-powered foresight platforms to simulate disruption scenarios across 15+ verticals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations in tech/healthcare
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and Tableau for data visualization
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance frameworks
