Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly Future State Briefings for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions in simulated environments
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior analysts in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological disruption
- Expertise in Monte Carlo simulations, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., AC/FS)
