- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario modeling tools
