Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects testing future-forward concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks for tech disruption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
