Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to map technology, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Drive innovation culture by mentoring teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) highly desirable
- Experience publishing thought leadership in future-focused publications
