- Design innovation roadmaps aligning R&D investments with future-proof business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Author strategic white papers and trend briefs for C-suite and board audiences
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify 2026-era startup investments
- Represent the company at Davos, World Economic Forum, and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
