Responsibilities

- Develop scenario models for technological disruption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Present future-state strategies to executive audiences at industry summits
- Build and manage a network of domain experts across emerging fields
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams
- Publish thought leadership in future-focused publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (2026 horizon)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published research on technological disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience with foresight platforms (e.g., Kumu, Foresight Platform)
