Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology and innovation strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Web3) to identify viable business opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key tech partners, startups, and academic institutions driving innovation.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the budget and resources dedicated to R&D projects aimed at future-proofing our infrastructure.
- Change Management: Lead the cultural and technical transformation required to adopt futuristic methodologies across departments.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to forecast market trends and technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy.
