Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
- Stay updated on the latest technical products and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
