You will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems, all while enjoying the flexibility of weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and update the IT helpdesk ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira experience preferred).
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security checks during quiet hours.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to improve our internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
