Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails professionally and empathetically.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account balances, and service troubleshooting.
- Follow established call scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Participate in training sessions to master product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access for remote work (if applicable).
- Must be available to attend the on-site Hiring Event.
