- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure a swift resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote) or valid driver's license for commuting.
- Willingness to participate in our on-site Hiring Event.
