Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat with exceptional speed and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Meet performance metrics including response time and CSAT scores
- Proactively identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Handle high-volume chat sessions during peak night hours
- Escalate critical issues to senior support staff when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (chat support preferred)
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
