Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via live chat with accuracy and speed.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and customer complaints professionally.
- Provide detailed product information and troubleshooting guidance.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve scripts and service protocols.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support leads when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong computer literacy and reliable high-speed internet connection.
